PURPOSE: A condensation type dryer and a washing machine therewith are provided to reduce a drying process, and prevent cooling water from flowing into a blower fan. CONSTITUTION: A washing machine with a condensation type dryer comprises a drum(230), a circulation pipe(110), a blower fan(120), a heater(130), and a condensation pipe(140). The drum is rotated inside of a tube(220). The circulation pipe installed in the tub circulates inner air of the tub to the inner and outer air of the tub. The blower fan is installed in the circulation pipe. The heater installed in the circulation pipe heats the air sprayed to the inner side of the tub. The condensation pipe installed in the circulation pipe has a zigzag shape. Cooling water is flowed into the condensation pipe.
