Process for preparing bituminous product and aggregate mixture comprises mixing the product with the aggregate containing at least an additive (A), where: the mixing is carried out with temperature granular fractions, for producing a coating at a temperature of 60-200, preferably 100-200[deg] C; the temperature for producing aggregate and bituminous product mixture in production outlet is lowered up to 50?C; and the temperature of the aggregates and bituminous product mixture during spreading is lowered to 5-50[deg] C.
