PURPOSE: A method for producing composite fiber sheet and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to manufacture a composite fiber sheet with a simple process which is used for a sound-proof material etc by containing a regeneration crushing ribs. CONSTITUTION: A web former(1) includes a web raw material supply device and a carding unit(10,11) installed at an opposite direction. The raw material supply device includes a raw material reserve tank(102), a raw material supply conveyor(103), and a raw material feed roll(104). The carding unit includes a main cylinder(101), plural workers(105), a stripper(106), and a web delivery conveyor(107). A manufacturing device of a composite fiber sheet includes the web former and a thermal welding device connected to a heating device(5) and a cool molding device. |
