<p>PURPOSE: A cell reselection operation method and a wireless communication terminal capable of stably watching a file without file reproduction are provided to reduce power consumption and system load of the terminal by interrupting cell reselection operation of the wireless communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: If a radio communications terminal which is a multimedia file with the regeneration has in a signal error state, the movement of the radio communications terminal is detected by using an operation recognition sensor(S310, S320). The fixed standards for hour radio communications terminal does not move based on a sensing result, the operation for the cell reselection of the radio communications terminal is quarantined(S330).</p> |
