PURPOSE: A solid jet breaker and a novel fluid distribution and collection system in a multistage column are provided to improve flowing of fluid in a column, and to improve distribution of the fluid on a solid bed. CONSTITUTION: A fluid distribution device is located on the upstream of the system, and applied on each panel of a plate in which a collecting baffle(5) is installed. The distribution device has a solid jet breaker(9), a middle perforated plate(8), and a distribution plate(7). The solid jet breaker is located on an axial line of an outlet of the collecting baffle. The middle perforated plate has the openness of 15 % ~ 30%. The distribution plate extends through the total section of the panel, and has the openness of 7% ~ 15%. |
