METHOD FOR EVALUATING WATER-PROOFING ADHESION IN AUTOMOTIVE STEEL SHEET

PURPOSE: A method for evaluating the water-proofing adhesion of a vehicle steel sheet is provided to improve the reliability of the estimation scale by making the quantitative analysis of the part separated from the steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: A deposited and covered steel sheet specimen dips in the water to be kept. An evaluation reference plate with a plurality of straight lines drawn on the surface of a steel sheet specimen in vertical and horizontal direction using a cutter is formed. An inspection adhesive tape is detachably attached to the surface of the steel sheet. An actual image is stored after attaching the adhesive tape to the inspection target steel sheet.
