LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to prevent light leakage occurring in a horn level difference due to overlap between a color filter layer and a black matrix. CONSTITUTION: A pixel electrode(160) is formed in the crossing point of a gate line and a data line. A black matrix(210) is formed on an upper substrate(200) facing a lower substrate to prevent light from being incident to the remaining part except a pixel area. A color filter layer(220) is formed between the black matrices. The color filter layer is overlapped with both sides of the black matrix. A common electrode(130) is formed on the lower substrate while having a fixed interval from the gate line.
