PURPOSE: A heat exchanger for a cooling device is provided to prevent the burst caused by freezing with withstanding pressure, even if an outer tube is frozen by making the outer tube with a hard and high-tension hose material of polyvinyl chloride. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger for a cooling device comprises a heat exchange pipe(210), a refrigerant inflow pipe, a refrigerant discharge pipe, a cooling water inflow pipe, and a cooling water discharge pipe. The refrigerant inflow pipe guides the refrigerant and the refrigerant discharge pipe discharges the refrigerant. The cooling water inflow pipe and the cooling water discharge pipe guides and discharges the cooling water flowing between an inner tube(211) and an outer tube(212). The heat exchange pipe consists of the outer tube of PVC hard high-tension hose material and the metal inner tube. Even if the water is frozen between the inner tube and outer tube, the outer tube can be reused without damage as the outer tube has the high shrinkage in the temperature change. |
