PURPOSE: An apparatus for producing metal nanoparticle coated with self-assembled monolayer is provided to prevent oxidation of metal nanoparticle without environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for producing metal nanoparticle coated with self-assembled monolayer comprises: a vacuum drum(110) piled up inside the metal nanoparticle(100) and coated with the self-assembled monolayer on the metal nanoparticle; and a supply unit(120) which is connected to the vacuum drum and supplies the self-assembled monolayer material to the vacuum drum. The surface of the vacuum drum is uneven and rotates during coating process.
