WIDE-BAND LOW NOISE AMPLIFIER

PURPOSE: A wide-band low noise amplifier is provided to improve the noise feature by offsetting a noise generated in a transistor. CONSTITUTION: In a wide-band low noise amplifier, an amplifier(100) amplifies a signal passed through an input end and output it. A wideband matching unit(200) is connected between an input terminal and an output terminal of the amplifier. A wideband matching unit performs wideband impedance matching at the input terminal. The wideband matching unit generates a compensation noise to remove a noise generated at the amplifier.
