PURPOSE: A device for removing an internal coating layer of a steel pipe is provided to prevent damage to the hammer and reduce noises by striking the coating layer successively. CONSTITUTION: A device for removing an internal coating layer of a steel pipe comprises a cover, a rotary shaft, supporters(133), a scraper, a supporting mechanism, and a driving mechanism(45). The rotary shaft is supported on the cover and rotated by the rotary shaft revolves with the driving mechanism. The supporters are laminated on the rotary shaft. The scraper includes hammers which are arranged to cross at the specific angle. The supporting mechanism supports the cover within the steel pipe so that the scraper strikes the inner surface of the steel pipe. The driving mechanism is provided in the cover and rotates the scraper.
