<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly restore a computer circuit when any abnormality is generated in a computer circuit when a power is supplied. <P>SOLUTION: When a main power source request signal 23 is not outputted within a predetermined time after a stand-by power 20 is supplied to a computer circuit 2, a first switch circuit 8 controls a switch 11 to resupply the stand-by power source 20 to the computer circuit 2. When the computer circuit 2 is not restored yet, a first switch control circuit 8 makes the computer circuit 2 output a main power source request signal 23, and supplies a main power source 30 to the computer circuit 2.
