<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welded joint capable of preventing defects due to spattering occurring in a resistance welding. <P>SOLUTION: An accumulator 10 forming the welded joint comprises a shell 11 formed by resistance-welding axially divided first and second shell elements 21 and 22 to each other and a ring unit 13 disposed on the inner surface side of a welded point 25. The ring unit 13 comprises a heat resistant ring 60 and insulating rings 61 and 62 which are ring-shaped members with electric insulating property. The heat resistant ring 60 is disposed in the peripheral direction of the shell 11 along the welded point 25 so as to face the welded point 25. The insulating rings 61 and 62 are installed at the axial end part of the heat resistant ring 60 so as not to face the welded point 25. A space S capable of enclosing the spattering produced from the welded point is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the ring unit 13 and the inner peripheral surface of the shell 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
