The movable support frame (1) is supported at the base, and has a mounting plate (3) for the attachment of a laminar display element. The support frame has a horizontal floor mat made of a flexible material such as polyvinyl chloride or rubber or plastic, a rigid foot stand and a support post (7) arranged in the foot stand, at which the mounting plate is fastened. The floor mat is connected to foot stand in such a manner that a free edge strip of the floor mat remains free from the connection. An independent claim is included for a signaling device with a laminar display element fastened to a mounting plate. |
