Disclosed is a method for producing a substrate for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy. Said method comprises the following steps: a sol is produced from a stabilized solution containing precious metal ions and a precursor solution for a titanium oxide; a heat-resistant support is coated by applying the sol by means of a sol-gel process; the layer is pyrolyzed and sintered without using light; and the layer produced without using light is illuminated at least in subareas while at least the illuminated subareas of the layer are simultaneously heated. |
