<p>A method for manufacturing a filter medium for use in an apparatus for treating rainwater on the road surface is provided to produce the filter medium having excellent adsorption performance with inexpensive cost. A method for manufacturing a filter medium for use in an apparatus for treating rainwater on the road surface includes the following steps of: producing powder by pulverizing timber or/and wood; kneading the power with anhydrous citric acid, carboxymethylcellulose and water; granulating the kneaded powder with pellet of a cylinder type; and performing a thermal process on a granularity molding body in a draft furnace of 170~190°C after removing moisture at temperature of 70~80°C. The method further includes a step for a pre-processing process of the powder with hydrolysis.</p> |
