PURPOSE: A tension measurement method for a printed section using the register error of a roll to roll system is provided to facilitate the exact measurement of the printed section through a resistor error formula, a motor torque formula, and a tension formula. CONSTITUTION: A sensor is installed to perform a tension measurement method. The sensor measures register error. The location of a peak point is calculated on each pulse signal by measurement signals. The time between the calculated peak points is calculated. Finally, the distance considering the driving speed is calculated. In order to calculate tension prediction model, the tension variation of previous span, the variation of transfer speed, the variation of torque, and the error variation of the resistor. |
