PURPOSE: A document file is provided, which improves efficiency of paper work by forming a scale mark and a bending line on an insertion cover. CONSTITUTION: A document file comprises a front cover(10) equipped in the front of the document; a back cover(100) which is equipped in the back of the document and has a size corresponding to front cover; an insertion cover(200) which surrounds one end of the laminated document stacked between the front cover and back cover; and a binding wire which binds the document between the back cover and front cover(300). The insertion cover is equipped with a through-hole(210) and a guide channel.
