PURPOSE: A high functional polymer for pulverizing minerals is provided to increase grinding efficiency by reducing intermolecular surface energy when pulverizing cement clinker and to improve productivity of cement. CONSTITUTION: A high functional polymer for pulverizing minerals comprises a polymer compound having one of the formulas or its mixture. A method for preparing a high functional polymer compound for pulverizing minerals comprises a monomer having an amine group or a hydroxyl group inside a molecular structure using a catalyst. In chemical formulas, a, b and c are 1~2; m and n are 1~20; and R1, R2, R3 and R4 are H, -CH2OH, -CH2OSO3^-M^+, -CH2OC(=O)CH3, or methyl ester.
