PURPOSE: A method for creating mp3 file playlist and a recording medium for the same are provided to manage the mps files through loaded album or corresponding music video. CONSTITUTION: The production of a playlist about an album including one or more MP3 files saved in a user terminal is requested(900). A contents key about the MP3 files included in the album is extracted(905,910). Secondary contents corresponding to the extracted contents key is requested to a server(915). The secondary contents including the MP3 file corresponding to the contents key is transmitted from the server(920). The received secondary contents are instituted as the secondary contents of the album in which the MP3 file is included and the playlist is created(925). The playlist is saved in a memory(930).
