PURPOSE: A header for filter membrane module and a filter membrane module using the same are provided to maximize effectiveness of power, and to maximize utility of all kinds of hollow membranes regardless of locations. CONSTITUTION: A header for filter membrane module includes a body(100) having a water collecting part(110) and a conduit(120) connected to the permeate collecting part on an end of the body. At least a part of the water collecting part has an inclined shape. The area of the cross section in the water collecting part is gradually narrowed to a longitudinal direction of the body. The cross section of the body has a U- shape.
