PURPOSE: An apparatus for protecting a road and vehicles using speed bumps is provided to prevent damage to the road or the vehicles when the vehicles come over the speed bump by installing a shock absorbing panel after the speed bump. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for protecting a road and vehicles using speed bumps comprises a rectangular fixed panel(110) of metal material and a shock absorbing panel(120). The fixed panel in which conic projections and anchor bolt holes are formed on the top is fixed by anchor bolts(130) in a receiving groove(3) formed on the road after a speed bump(5). The shock absorbing panel is formed of an elastic material into the corresponding shape to the fixed panel. Cord yarn net for reinforcement is formed inside the shock absorbing panel. The shock absorbing panel has longitudinal and transverse grooves(123) on the top and insertion grooves on the bottom to be fixed to the top of the fixed panel. |
