PURPOSE: An apparatus for producing bio fuel and organic feed using food waste is provided solve a problem of fuel shortage and produce organic feed in an economic and environmentally-friendly method. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for producing bio fuel and organic feed using food waste comprises a tank(100), stirrer(200), and fuel extractor(300). The tank comprises a fermentation cell(120) and manufacturing cell(130) which are connected through a filtering film. The fermentation cell comprises an inlet(140) having a first cover for opening and putting organic material and seed germ and a foreign material discharging part(150) having a second cover(151). The stirrer comprises driving source(210) generating rotation force, a rotation shaft(220) which is connected with the driving source and a wing(230) protruded along girth of rotation shaft. The fuel extractor comprises suction pipe(310) connected to the fermentation cell or manufacturing cell; a suction motor(320) generating suction force; a cooling module(330) cooling girth of the suction pipe; and a discharging pipe(340).
