PURPOSE: A photosensitive material for forming a conductive film is provided to prepare a conductive film with high conductivity and transparency through pattern exposure and development process without plating treatment. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive material for forming a conductive film containing a silver salt-containing emulsion layer on a supporter comprises conductive particles and binders on any one layer of a silver salt-containing emulsion layer or a silver salt-containing emulsion layer side. The mass ratio of the conductive fine particles to the binder (the conductive fine particles/the binder) is from 1/33 to 1.5/1.
