PURPOSE: A two-terminal electronic device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve reliability of the device by increasing a contact area between the electronic device and the outside. A first electrode(130) is formed between the heat sink and the semiconductor substrate. A second electrode(110) is formed on the semiconductor substrate.
