MULTILAYER OPTICAL RECORDING MEDIUM, RECORDING DEVICE, AND RECORDING LASER POWER ADJUSTMENT METHOD

PURPOSE: A multilayer optical recording medium, a recording device, and a recording laser power adjustment method are provided to secure enough test write area in each record layer. CONSTITUTION: A record layer(L0-L3) is formed in the thickness direction. A test write region for the power calibration of a record laser on the record layer is formed on the planar direction location of the record layer not to be overlapped. The test write region has the overlapped part on the planar direction location of the record layer.
