PURPOSE: A clip device for a plastic bag having a pump member is provided to improve storage nature of food by evacuating the inside of the plastic bag easily when the food is stored in the plastic bag to preserve the food safely. CONSTITUTION: A clip device for a plastic bag having a pump member comprises the following: a base member(100) arranged inside the plastic bag; a cover member(200) arranged outside the plastic bag; a lower housing(300) in which an insertion part(310) is formed; an upper housing(400) having a suction hole while sealing the plastic bag with the lower housing; and the pump member(500) mounted on the upper housing.
