PURPOSE: A tooth cleaner using a storage box is provided, which can use a water cup by connecting the water cup to a toothbrush even though a user carries only a toothbrush. CONSTITUTION: A tooth cleaner using a storage box comprises a dentifrice and toothbrush case which keeps dentifrice and toothbrush; a partition for the dentifrice and toothbrush case, which is detachable to keep dentifrice and toothbrush separately; a ventilation hole which is formed in the side and bottom of the dentifrice and toothbrush case; and a water cup which closes the dentifrice and toothbrush case to the water cup cover jaw. The water cup is connected to the handle end of the toothbrush or is detached from it.
