PURPOSE: A wire guide device is provided to simplify work which inserts bundle of wires by forming a wire guide rib which is inclined towards the side surface of a lower cover. CONSTITUTION: A wire guide device comprises a wire mount part(34), a wire guide rib(36), and a rib fixing part(24). The wire mount part is formed by pitting one side of a cover(30). The wire guide rib is installed on the side surface of the cover and shields the wire mount part from the outside and guides bundle of wires to the wire mount part through elastic deformation. The rib fixing part is installed in a main body, coupled with the cover, and fixes one side of the wire guide rib by coupling with the cover when the bundle of wires are installed in the wire mount part.
