The instrument has a catheter having a tube that is carried at an end of an oblong shaped transfer head, and is passed through a passage for feeding substances. The transfer head is provided with an orifice for passing the substances. The transfer head is provided with orientation in line with that of tube, and cross section including two separate rounded lateral enlargements. The length of transfer head is twice the diameter of enlargements.
