PURPOSE: A light emitting display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to perform a high temperature process without damage to an organic layer by forming a sub electrode on a top substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(122) is formed on a bottom substrate(101). A band insulation film(124) is formed on the first electrode. An organic hole(140) of the bank insulation film exposes the first electrode. An organic layer(126) is formed on the first electrode exposed by the organic hole, and includes a light emitting layer. A second electrode(128) is formed on the organic layer with a thin film shape. A sub electrode(132) is formed on a top substrate, and is connected to the second electrode. Thickness of the second electrode is thinner than at least one among the first electrode and the sub electrode. |
