PURPOSE: A cultivation method for fresh ginseng root and leaves using hydroponic cultivation system is provided to be used for cooking materials due to soft rhizome and leaves and high saponin content. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method for fresh ginseng root and leaves using hydroponic cultivation system comprises the steps of: transplanting ginseng seedlings(107) stored in a mixed medium formed inside a bed(105) with drain grooves at a low temperature; preparing nutrient solution; supplying the proper amount of nutrient solution to the ginseng seedlings; and harvesting fresh ginseng root and leaves after 4-5 months.
