PURPOSE: An information input method and an authentication method for the same using a smart IC pad for reducing a cost are provided to simplify an authentication process and a password generation as a program. CONSTITUTION: A security service terminal for a security service requests the security service. The terminal for the security service receives an input request message from a host server(200). A terminal(100) transmits a first OTP(One-Time Password) create request and personal identification information to a smart card. The smart card is in advance created the first OTP by the fixed one time password generation algorithm. The terminal for the security service transmits the first OTP to the host server.
