PROJECT PROGRESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND THE METHOD

PURPOSE: A project progress management system and a method thereof are provided to grasp the exact progress of a project by visualizing the progress on a real time basis. CONSTITUTION: A progress rate management unit(110) of a project server(100) manages the progress rates calculated for each project step. A cost calculating unit(120) produces the planned budget/final budget. A progress rate adding unit(130) adds up the above progress rates. A test management server(200) is connected to the project server. The test management server supports overall activities of the test project including a project plan, a project design and a project case management, etc. A defect management server(300) is connected to the project server. The defect management server supports the management of defects and tracing of a project.
