PURPOSE: A construction apparatus for an enlarged end bearing foundation using a cone base fitted with a clothoid screw blade is provided to simplify the construction by employing the cone base which is driven by being rotated instead of excavating the ground. CONSTITUTION: A construction apparatus for an enlarged end bearing foundation comprises a hollow post(100), a cone base(200) which is attached to the bottom of the post and whose diameter is greater than that of the post on top and reduces toward the bottom, a screw blade(300) of clothoid form which is formed along the lower outer surface of the cone base, and an anti-deformation member(110) which is fixed to the bottom of the post and the side wall of the cone base. The con base has a receiving part in which grout or concrete is filled.
