<p>The method involves providing a database with all string ends of strings in another database. A detection is made whether a string end, comprising a partial string at string beginning, is provided by comparing the partial string with the string beginning of all the string ends. A third database is provided with inverse strings, where the third database contains all the strings of the latter database in reverse form. The detected string ends comprising the partial string are inverted, and the inverted detected strings are inverted to obtain all the strings from the latter database. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for determining whether a string is provided in a database (2) a program comprising instructions to perform a method for determining whether a string is provided in a database.</p> |
