PURPOSE: A cap coupling device of a prop stand for cultivating crops is provided to prevent a cap coupled with a prop stand from being easily separated or missed by external factors through increased the coupling power of the cap and the prop stand. CONSTITUTION: A cap coupling device of a prop stand for cultivating crops comprises: a cap supply unit which is formed in a box form to contain plural caps and supplies a cap; a cap transfer unit(20) which transfers the cap supplied form the cap supply unit using a conveyer; a prop clamping unit(4) configured to be fitted in an insertion groove; a cap binding unit(50); and a prop stripping unit(60).
