PURPOSE: A biodegradable polylactic acid resin composition is provided to enable extrusion molding at a low temperature and low pressure, to prevent thermal decomposition and tangling of natural fiber in extrusion molding, and to allow efficient dispersion of the natural fiber. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable polylactic acid resin composition comprises (A) polylactic acid resin 50-90 parts by weight, (B) natural fiber 10-50 parts by weight and (C) supercritical fluid. The polylactic acid comprises L material 95-100 weight% and D material 5-0 weight%. The content of the supercritical fluid is 1-30 parts by weight. The supercritical fluid is the supercritical carbon dioxide fluid.
