PURPOSE: A water purification system using an exterior circulative membrane module is provided to adjust an aeration tank and a membrane module, and to replace and repair the membrane module easily. CONSTITUTION: A water purification system using an exterior circulative membrane module includes a sealed aeration tank(100), an aeration tank blower(200), a sealed membrane module(300), a membrane blower(400), and a salad processed water storage tank(500). The membrane module includes a membrane(310), a membrane inlet(320), a circulating water outlet(330), and a membrane filtered water outlet(340). The back-washing water is discharged through an exhaust line(22). The water purification system further includes a chemical storage tank(600) supplying disinfecting chemicals, and connected to a back-washing pipe(11). The aeration tank includes a microbial carrier(110).
