PURPOSE: A valve is provided to control the amount of exhausted gas using an automatic control solenoid valve by program and a manual control valve. CONSTITUTION: A valve comprises a gas inlet(21), a gas outlet(22), a gas exhaust amount control part(14), a multiple wire wound solenoid(26), and a manual control part(12). The gas inlet is positioned on one side of a valve body, wherein a bracket is positioned on one side of the valve body. The gas outlet discharges the gas flowing in through the gas inlet. The gas exhaust amount control part is formed in a connection path(23) between the gas inlet and the gas outlet. The gas exhaust amount control part moves to control the opening and closing of the gas outlet. The multiple wire wound solenoid generates magnetic force in order to automatically control the position of the gas exhaust amount control part. The manual control part connects to the gas exhaust amount control part from the outside of a cover.
