PURPOSE: A slip yoke for a vehicle thrust shaft and a manufacturing method are provided to reduce the processing time and cost by separately processing a yoke and a yoke tube and then welding them. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a slip yoke for a vehicle thrust shaft comprises the steps of: processing a yoke(10) with forging method, finish-cutting the exterior of the yoke, forming a yoke tube(20) by processing a pipe, turning the exterior of the yoke tube and forming thread on it, and fitting and welding the yoke tube to the yoke.
