PURPOSE: A unit for transferring a customer tray and a test handler including the same are provided to operate transfer arms at the same time by differently forming operation regions of the transfer arms. CONSTITUTION: A loading plate(120) transfers a customer tray in between a first position, a second position, and a third position. An unloading plate(170) transfers the customer tray in between a fourth position, a fifth position, and a sixth position. Empty customer trays are laminated in a buffer stacker(140). A first transfer arm(130) transfers the empty customer tray from the third position to the buffer stacker. A second transfer arm(180) transfers the empty customer tray from the buffer stacker to the fourth position. |
