<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode is provided to prevent level difference from being generated between each sub pixel by forming a color filter layer using a slot mask. CONSTITUTION: An upper plate(202) comprises red, green, blue, and white sub-pixel area. A lower plate(102) faces the upper plate. The white emitting layer is formed on the upper plate. A first electrode(150) and a second electrode(144) are faced base on the white emitting layer. One or more thin film transistors are formed on the lower plate. A spacer is formed between the upper plate and the lower plate. A color filter layer is formed within the red, the green, the blue, and the white sub-pixel area except the area on which the spacer is formed.</p> |
