PURPOSE: A method for preparing a solid material containing a hardening agent having function of suppressing heavy metal release is provided to prevent release of heavy metal from a solid material and relieve environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a solid material containing a hardening agent having function of suppressing heavy metal release comprises: a process(S10) of drying and pulverizing designated waste containing heave metals; a process(S20) of selecting and pulverizing cinder, fly ash, slag, and industrial waste; a step(S30) of mixing 20-30 wt% of designate waste, 4-8 wt% of hardening aid of fly ash, 25-51 wt% of slag or industrial waste, 15-20 wt% of cement, and 10-17 wt% of hardening agent; a step(S40) of adding 85-99 wt% of mixture with 1-15 wt% and stirring; and a step(S50) of pressing and molding mixture for 20 to 35 days.
