PREPARATION OF MASTER BATCH FOR FLAME RETARDED FOAMS USING POLYOLEFIN FOAM SCRAP

PURPOSE: A preparation method of master batch for flame retardant foams is provided to reuse resources while not burning or burying polyolefin foam scraps, to reduce cost price, and to prepare an environment-friendly flame retardant product. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of master batch for flame retardant foams containing polyolefin foam scraps comprises the steps of: pulverizing polyolefin foam scraps; blending the pulverized polyolefin foam scraps, new polymer, flame retardant, foaming agent, cross-linking agent, crosslinking promotor and processing aid; and preparing a master batch for flame retardant foams with the blended polymer.
