PURPOSE: A system and a method for automatically recharging prepaid IC card are provided to recharge the prepaid IC card when the remaining is lower than the certain amount of money. CONSTITUTION: If the balance of the prepaid IC card is lower than the reference amount, the charge settlement terminal(100) for the vehicles creates the charge request message. The charge settlement terminal for the vehicles records the charged amount in the prepaid IC card. A fee management server(200) extracts the information about the charged amount and payment information from the user identification. A relay organization server(300) creates the payment request message. The financial institution server(400) completes the payment for the charged amount. The financial institution server transmits the payment complete message to the relay organization server. |
