EQUIPMENT TO CHECK ROUNDED BAR

PURPOSE: A rounded bar inspection device is provided to select and pile the rounded bar which passes the inspection. CONSTITUTION: An inspection sensor(70) grasps that the sliding distance of an inspection plate(50) is within a tolerance range. A loading chamber(100) piles the rounded bar(20) passing through the inspection plate. If the rounded rod is a defect one, the defected round rod is exhausted through a defective bar removing hole. A defect part removing board(90) passes through the rounded rod which is not fault to the loading chamber by blocking the defective bar removing hole with a defective bar removing cylinder. The defective bar removing cylinder receives the information from the inspection sensor and the defective bar removing cylinder.
