PURPOSE: A fitness machine for muscular strength is provided, which makes carrying simple and can perform basic training suitable for all exercises. CONSTITUTION: A fitness machine for muscular strength comprises a holder(2) of the disk configuration which is comprised of a straight line portion and a curved portion and in which a plurality of gripping grooves(1) are formed; and a disk type dumbbell(5) which is equipped with a heavy body(4) of the disk configuration which is connected by a connecting member(3) formed in the central part while being located to correspond to the holder. In the right and left of the holder, a fixing unit(6) is formed. In the corner of the heavy body and holder, a backsight groove(7) is formed on the left side and right side.
