PURPOSE: An LED lighting device with a cooling structure is provided to improve efficiency for heat dissipation by discharging heat generated by the drive of a light emitting diode chip to the outside through refrigerant and a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: An insulating layer(122) and a conductive pattern(123) are successively formed on a base layer(121) of metal material. A light emitting diode chip(124) is mounted in the conductive pattern. A cooling case(130) is welded with the base layer of the light-emitting diode module(120). The cooling case is filled with the refrigerant to absorb and dissipate the heat generated in the light emitting diode chip. A housing(110) comprises the light-emitting diode module and the cooling case. The cooling case comprises a lower panel(131), an upper panel(136), and an opening/closing member.
