PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a pulp cap for fixing upper and bottom parts of oil air filter and the pulp cap manufactured thereby are provided to prevent environmental contamination using recycled waste paper and to reduce manufacturing costs of the pulp cap. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a pulp cap for fixing upper and bottom parts of oil air filter includes the following steps of: mixing waster paper and raw materials by adjusting the concentration of the raw materials after putting crushed recycled paper into a raw material device(S10); molding a semi-product of a pulp cap shape by molding the raw materials and the waste paper(S20); and finishing the molded semi-product in a molding device by performing a pressurized molding process and a cutting process at the same time(S30).
